Alan previously headed up “ttc” and is a Transport Planning Professional with over 35 years’ experience. He has directed and managed a variety of transport planning, development impact studies, traffic management, parking and transport infrastructure projects throughout the UK and overseas.
He has also presented traffic and highway evidence at Public Inquiries on behalf of Local Authorities, the Highways Agency and private sector clients. Alan is a skilled facilitator, negotiator, creates innovation and is recognised both nationally and globally for work in the transport sector. He also chairs and facilitates at conferences, seminars and workshops.
