Project: Transport and Highways Advice for 110,000 sq ft AMCO Park
‘ttc’ were appointed by AMCO services to undertake the transport and highways works to assist with their brand new, specifically designed 110,000 sq ft logistics centre, AMCO Park, in Redditch, Worcestershire.
AMCO are an international logistics company who required a new premises that could deal with their growing customer demand. ‘ttc’ were appointed as specialist transport advisers to AMCO to ensure that the transport and highway elements of the planning application were successfully delivered to achieve planning permission for the new premises, AMCO Park, www.amcopark.com.

‘ttc’ provided expert transport and highways planning advice as well developing a specific Employee Based Travel Plan for the new site to ensure that sustainable travel is supported appropriately as required for the planning application.

The new site received full planning permission and is now fully operational with space for 25,000 pallets!
