The Transportation Consultancy ‘ttc’ celebrate appointing Adrian Simms, BSc (Hons) MSc MRTPI, as Director, from the 1st September 2023. Adrian joined ‘ttc’ as Associate Transport Planner in December 2021 and since joining Adrian has been invaluable in the company’s growth and building the client portfolio over the last 2 years’.
Adrian comments,

I’m looking forward to building on recent successes and working with the diverse and talented team we have to achieve growth in our client base, strengthen existing relations and exceed expectations.”
Since being with ‘ttc’, Adrian has successfully led and delivered a diverse range of Transport Planning projects across the UK with increasing entries of ‘recommendation for approval’ from Local Highway Authorities on planning applications.
Adrian manages the Witherslack Group portfolio who manage and operate SEN Schools across the UK, as well as the British Dog Walking fields portfolio. Adrian is also the highways lead on a number of residential, industrial, commercial and energy infrastructure schemes and has recently been preparing written evidence for planning appeal.
A key part of Adrian’s’ new role is to head up and manage the expanding team in Leamington, manage client portfolios, whilst continuing to guide our clients and provide clear transport planning advice to navigate the planning system. Adrian will be responsible for sustained development and growing client base across the South Midlands and Warwickshire area.

Adrian has 16 years’ experience in the industry and strives to exceed client expectations whilst providing honest highways advice. He continues to impart his knowledge with colleagues and share his passion for Transport Planning in the private sector.
